Covenant Baptist Church relates to other church bodies and associations both formally and informally including:

          Formal Association

• The Reformed Baptist Network: In November 2016, Covenant Baptist Church was one of the founding charter member churches of the Reformed Baptist Network, an international association of confessional Reformed Baptist Churches cooperating together for missions and church planting.  This is an international association of Reformed Baptist Churches that labour together to support each other in pursuing the fulfillment of Jesus' Great Commission.

• L'Association des Églises Réformées Baptistes du Québec (AERBQ):  Covenant has an informal connection with this francophone network of Canadian Reformed Baptist Churches in neighbouring Quebec.
